Today there exists an evident need to view an enterprise as a learning system whose adaptive capabilities have to be increased for the joint and participative development of organization and technology. As an example of implementing the concepts of a Learning Organization into practice, experiences at John Deere Works Mannheim will be described. The company has started to implement a project that intends to integrate lasting concepts of a Learning Organization. Strategy and expectancies of the project are described in this report.Downloads
