Abstract

For the situated action we focus on Cirkel Sector Genk. A mobile design studio on a mission to shape the circular economy in Genk based on local resources and knowledge. The design projects that are being developed in the framework of the Cirkel Sector Lab involve both technical and social design challenges; they require innovative design solutions and they include actors with conflicting perspectives. These challenges are not often resolved in the timeframe of one project. To sustain the knowledge develop throughout the project we look towards scenarios to document, archive and share design projects by using a storytelling format Fig. 1.

The use of red cabbage as a measuring instrument for soil composition gives an understanding of the impact that soil may have on ecology and food-production.
