Ledelse af samarbejdsdrevet innovation ? hvad, hvem og hvordan? En kvalitativ caseunders?gelse af hvordan ledelse fremmer samarbejdsdrevet innovation i den offentlige sektor
Abstract
Dansk abstract Denne monografi stiller og besvarer sp?rgsm?let: Hvordan fremmer ledelse samarbejdsdrevet innovation i den offentlige sektor? Besvarelsen af forskningssp?rgsm?let g?res igennem en kvalitativ caseanalyse af tre eksempler p? ledelse af samarbejdsdrevet innovation i den offentlige sektor i Danmark. Den f?rste del af afhandlingen danner grundlaget for de kvalitative analyser i unders?gelsen. Dette indeb?rer en introduktion til forskningsfeltet og forskningssp?rgsm?let. Desuden bliver forskningsmetoden, unders?gelsestilgangen, analysestrategien og de anvendte metodeteknikker forklaret og diskuteret. I denne del af monografien konceptualiseres og forklares f?nomenerne: Innovation, samarbejde og ledelse s?rskilt og i relation til hinanden, alle integreret i en offentlig sektor-kontekst. Dette indeb?rer en forklaring af, hvordan ledelseskoncepter er institutionaliseret i den offentlige sektor, og at disse ledelseskoncepter muligg?r og begr?nser akt?rers handlinger i den offentlige sektor. Efterf?lgende bliver casene pr?senteret som eksempler p? samarbejdsdrevet innovation og kontekstualiseret som samarbejdsdrevne innovationsprocesser i tre forskellige kommuner. De tre kommuner og det kommunale selvstyre pr?senteres kortfattet, og ligheder og forskelle mellem casenes kontekster diskuteres. P? baggrund af dette arbejde udarbejdes afhandlingens analyser. Den anden del af monografien best?r hovedsageligt af analyser: Single-caseanalyser og en tv?rsnitsanalyse. Tre kapitler er hver is?r dedikeret til at besvare, hvordan ledelse fremmer samarbejdsdrevet innovation i en af de tre specifikke cases. De tre cases p? ledelse af samarbejdsdrevet innovation i den offentlige sektor er analyseret s?rskilt og derefter benyttes single-caseanalyserne som baggrund for at gennemf?re en tv?rsnitsanalyse. I tv?rsnitsanalysen abstraheres og diskuteres resultaterne fra de tre individuelle analyser i relation til hinanden. Unders?gelsens bidrag til fremtidig forskning og praksis diskuteres, ligesom ogs? unders?gelsesresultaternes gyldighed bringes op til diskussion. Herfra afsluttes monografien og unders?gelsen ved at konkludere, hvordan ledelse fremmer samarbejdsdrevet innovation i den offentlige sektor, og hvordan unders?gelsens besvarelse kan appliceres i andre kontekster end dem, der har v?ret genstand for empirisk unders?gelse i n?rv?rende afhandling. English Summary This monograph asks and answers the question of how collaborative innovation in the public sector is promoted through leadership. The answer is constructed by analyzing cases of collaborative innovation in the Danish public sector. The first part of the monograph lays the ground for the qualitative analyzes in the research study. This includes, introducing the research field and the research question. The research strategy and the application techniques are explained and discussed. In this part of the monograph, the theoretical conceptualizations and explanations about innovation Collaboration as well as management and leadership in the public sector are displayed, discussed and developed. Afterwards, the cases are presented as collaborative innovation processes in contexts characterized as public sector institutions, located in three different municipalities in Denmark. This work forms the groundwork, of which the cases can be analyzed. The second part of the monograph is primarily constituted from qualitative analyzes. Three chapters are dedicated to answer the research question of how leadership promotes collaborative innovation in a specific case. Each case of collaborative innovation in the public municipal sector are first analyzed separately, and then used as a foundation of a cross-case report. The cross-case report results from the single-case analyzes that are abstracted and discussed across the three case analyzes. From here, the research is finalized by concluding how leadership promotes collaborative innovation in the public sector, and how the answers can be generalized to other contexts.Downloads
